Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER: These are products that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our online shop.
Pre-order means placing orders in advance for these items, which requires a full payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Pre-Orders.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • A FULL AMOUNT OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE
  • SHIPPING (ETA) OF PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS IS SPECIFIED ON THE ITEM'S PRODUCT PAGE ON OUR WEBSITE
  • DELAYS CAN OCCUR RESULTING FROM CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
  • ORDERS OF PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL ONCE THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
  • PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED EXCEPT FOR MAJOR FAULTS – REFER TO OUR WARRANTY POLICY HERE
  • MAKING A FULL PAYMENT MAKES YOU BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRE-ORDER SALE.

PRE-ORDER PROCESS:

  • At the time of purchase, you were aware the product was a pre-order, there was a wait on the product and you agreed to the terms set out on this Website.
  • You have viewed the product online, have read carefully the product description and specifications and accept the product.
  • You are aware of the total costs.
  • The approximate lead times are specified on the product page on our website

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the order until the pre-order items arrive from our suppliers before shipping the full order to you. We recommend placing separate orders if you do not wish to wait for the in-stock items.

RETURNS:
  • All pre-orders are classified as a custom order as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such, these items are non-returnable. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer.

CANCELLATION:

  • All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such, if you choose to cancel your order, the customer will forfeit the full amount paid
  • Pre-order products lead time is specified on the product page on our website but could incur longer periods due to:  Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.
  • By paying all of the order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&Cs pages.

PRE-ORDER POLICY FAQ:
Are there any differences between "Pre-order" products and "Buy Now" products?
Absolutely not, they are identical in every way except "Buy Now" products are in our warehouse and are shipped within 2 days, and "Pre-Order" products are ordered from our supplier when you place your order and will be shipped to the customer when products are made available (ETA specified on each Pre-Order product on our website)

Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled due to the fact that once we receive a Pre-Order we immediately place an order for this products with our supplier overseas especially for you.

How long will the shipment take?
Every Pre-order product listed on our website has an ETA on the time frame of delivery from the date of purchase.

Please note with pre-order products listed on our website, we are only able to advise of the estimated arrival date (ETA).

The date the goods are dispatched to you, is dependent on many factors, such as  Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control and as a result, delays can occur.

In any instances of delays occurring, beyond the ETA specified for the product, you will be advised by email.
