All Items purchased online are shipped from our Head Office/Warehouse located in Kogarah, New South Wales.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers under any circumstance.  Signature required upon delivery.
• We do not offer ATL (Authority to Leave) for TNT Courier Services or Australia Post.  Signature required upon delivery.

NOTE:  With TNT/Fedex Express Couriers, please track your delivery status, with the tracking number sent to you as Re-Delivery fees apply to the amount of $30.00 per re-delivery, when an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and is returned to the TNT/Fedex Express Depot for further processing requiring a subsequent re-delivery.  The Re-Delivery Fees are payable by the receiver of the delivery.
