- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers under any circumstance. Signature required upon delivery.
- We do not offer ATL (Authority to Leave) for TNT Courier Services or Australia Post. Signature required upon delivery.
NOTE: With TNT/Fedex Express Couriers, please track your delivery status, with the tracking number sent to you as Re-Delivery fees apply to the amount of $30.00 per re-delivery, when an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and is returned to the TNT/Fedex Express Depot for further processing requiring a subsequent re-delivery. The Re-Delivery Fees are payable by the receiver of the delivery.

We’ve introduced Local Pick Up/Click & Collect. That means you can order the product online and pick up from our Kogarah warehouse (find us here).

Returns Policy
Returns Policy
Each order is thoroughly quality controlled and checked before it is shipped to the customer from the Diff Technics Kogarah Warehouse.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, in order for us to make it right - in the unforeseen circumstance that your order is:
- Short Supplied / Missing any installation hardware
- You have received the incorrect product/s
- Faulty/Damaged
RETURNS
Diff Technics will happily assist customers who wish to return items purchased from our online store, provided that:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- To start the Return process, you must complete the Returns RMA Number Request Form HERE
- We will then send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number must be visible on the outside of the parcel of the returned goods
The return goods must be accompanied by the following:
- The RMA Number we have supplied you
- Proof of Purchase must be provided (Invoice Number/Order Confirmation Number)
- Positive ID will be required (Copy of Driver’s License) Note: You must be the original purchaser of the goods (Name on Order must be the same as proof of ID)
All returns must be in re-saleable condition, meaning that;
- in their original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories
- unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Due to varying nature of products, refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis
- All freight on goods returned must be pre-paid by customer
- There is a restocking fee on all returns, levied at 15% of the purchase price of the returned item.
- Please retain proof of return shipment, as we are not responsible for goods being returned to us that are lost in transit.
NOTE:
When returning an item, please over-box or securely wrap.
- Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
You are not entitled to a return, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees:
- In the case that any of the above detailed conditions are not met/satisfied
- Product was sold as a Custom Item
- Product was sold as a Pre-Order item
- Product was sold as a clearance or reduced item
- Damaged the product by misusing it
- Product has developed problems due to wear and tear
- You do not have the right to return if you are not the original purchaser
Any goods returned to our warehouse which do not have an RMA Number and accompanying documents, cannot be processed and the return will be rejected and goods will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs charged to the customer.
Please note that receipt of goods by our warehouse should not be seen as an obligation by us to issue a credit, or to provide you with an exchange/refund, prior to the evaluation of the returned goods by our Returns Department (as specified above).
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods to the original payment form. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account.
- Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless item is faulty.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you would like to cancel your online order due to "Change of Mind" (This ONLY applies to orders which have not yet been packed or shipped and excludes Pre-Orders) there will be an Admin Fee deducted from your refund levied at up to 3%.
In the case your order is already shipped or you have received your order and would like to Return due to "Change of Mind", you must Return the item following the Returns procedure as listed above.
EXCHANGES
We do not process Exchanges online – If you have purchased an item which is unsuitable, you must Return the item following the Returns procedure as listed above, and proceed to placing a new order online for the item you would like to purchase.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us HERE within 24 hours of receipt of your order, provide us with your name, Invoice number/Order Number, descriptions of any damaged goods, and also include photos and we will do our best to assist you. Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material, as these are required in order to initiate a claim with our courier company.
NOTE:
Any part(s) which in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking or disposition fee or to refuse the return of any exceptions. No returns accepted beyond 30 days of order.
